Precision sharpening for European-style Wüsthof® knives hones both fine angled and serrated blades. Easy-operation sharpener is pre-set to a 14-degree angle to restore the originally factory edge with a coarse carbide slot for sharpening and a fine ceramic slot for honing. Use of this sharpener with other brand knives is not recommended and could cause damage.
